Brazil Tourist Visa Application Requirements
  1. Valid, signed U.S. passport, with at least 6 months remaining validity and containing at least one blank visa page
  2. 1 fully completed and signed Application form
  3. 1 Passport-Style photograph
  4. Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
  5. Copy of a valid drivers license
  6. Accepting Jurisdiction: District of Columbia, Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Guam

Brazil Business Non-Technical Visa Application Requirements
  1. Valid, signed U.S. passport, with at least 6 months remaining validity and containing at least one blank visa page
  2. 1 fully completed and signed Application form
  3. 1 Passport-Style photograph
  4. Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
  5. Business letter addressed to the embassy from the USA on an official letterhead from the employer stating fully financial responsibility and stating the exact purpose of the trip The letter should state that you will not do any technical work while in Brazil .
  6. Copy of Drivers License

  1. Valid, signed U.S. passport, with at least 6 months remaining validity and containing at least one blank visa page
  2. 2 fully completed and signed Application form
  3. 2 Passport-Style photograph
  4. Business letter addressed to the embassy from the USA on an official letterhead from the employer stating fully financial responsibility and stating the exact purpose of the trip
  5. Copy of Drivers License
  6. Approval from the Brazilian Ministry of Labor applied for by your sponsor in Brazil
  7. Non criminal record from the police report
  8. Accepting Jurisdiction: District of Columbia, Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Guam
