Effective August 1, 2007: Visa agreements between China and America, eligible American nationals will be issued multiple entry; Additional Visas valid for twelve (12) months for tourism and business & 24 months (for qualified individuals only) .. Duration of stay is up to 60 days.
US Citizens Application Requirements:
- Actual passport, valid for at least 6 or more months, with one blank page for the Visa to be pasted on;the last 3 pages of your Passport are Amendment Pages and not considered by consulate.
- Copy of the information page of your passport (Photo page).
- One completed Visa Application Form per person.
- One passport type photo stapled on the Application Form. If not a Passport 2"x2" style/type photo, the Visa Officials will reject it until you get a new one; Xerox copying of your Passport photo or home-made paper photos will be rejected by Embassy.
- Complete Applicant information form print and send it with your documents (Request is for sending back passport to your mailing address). We do not accept "prepaid" return envelopes.
- If you are applying for express service you must send copy of your airline itinerary.
- Make one check payable to "Chinese Visa Express". See Fees

Note: If you were born in China or Taiwan and applying for China visa with New U.S. Passport , you must send in your old U.S. passport or your old Chinese Passport. You also must write your name in Chinese characters and sign both in English and Chinese on page 1 and 2 0f your application.
First time Chinese children applicant born in U.S. must send copies of birth certificate and copy of one parent passport.
We go to the FedEx office daily and send your completed passport back to you ASAP. FedEx return next day 10:30 am delivery at your door.
Non - U.S. Citizen
If you are a Non - U.S. Citizen, a copy of your U.S. Green Card or valid U.S. visa (Work permit , F-1 student visa, H1-B visa or other) and a valid foreign passport is required as per China Embassy requirements.
Temporary foreign visitors with a valid U.S. visa or foreign residents with legitimate status in the US, may apply for Chinese visa to the Visa Office of the Chinese Embassy. The visa officer may ask the applicant to provide the original and photocopy of their US Green Card,Work Permit, I-20 Form, valid U.S. Visa or other additional documents and make a decision on whether to issue the visa case by case. we repersent you.

Cancelation:
If you change your mind on your travel plans and want your documents back while being procssed, there is $30.00 cancelation fee.
