- Valid, signed U.S. passport, with at least 6 months remaining validity and containing at least one blank visa page
- 1 fully completed and signed Application form
- 1 Passport-Style photograph
- Copy of round trip airline tickets and hotel itinerary
Vietnam Business Visa Application Requirements
- Valid, signed U.S. passport, with at least 6 months remaining validity and containing at least one blank visa page
- 1 fully completed and signed Application form
- 1 Passport-Style photograph
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
- Business letter addressed to the embassy from the USA on an official letterhead from the employer stating fully financial responsibility and stating the exact purpose of the trip .
